All items sold at toyworldstore.ph go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped. All goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.
However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we will gladly replace them. If you have a need to return products we sold you, please see the following instructions and guidelines:
1. Items sold at toyworldstore.ph be returned for a refund or exchange up to 7 days from the order receipt date. Submission of concern within 7 days DOES NOT guarantee that your item will be refunded or exchanged. We will still need to verify and reserve the final right to verify, approve, deny, or dispute any return, refund, or exchange claims coming from the website.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the reason for your return, and including the order ID and photos of the merchandise.
Our customer service team will review your request and will reach out to provide the return instructions upon confirmation of your request.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our operations center. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
If the items shipped are defective or different from the ones you ordered, we will be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred. All returned merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.
Refund and exchange will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of return confirmation.
